Ra'es Hadomi Timor Oan (RHTO), is the national disabled people's organisation in Timor-Leste. This means that we represent and advocate for the rights of all people with all types of disability.
Our vision an inclusive society for all, in which all people with disability enjoy their full human rights, are empowered to achieve their aspirations, and are participating fully and equally at all levels of Timor-Leste's society.
Together, we can achieve this goal.

RHTO’s mission is to advocate effectively for the rights of people with disability and to facilitate the inclusion of all people with disability in society.
